All In Mastermind Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: Upon Purchase
By completing your purchase of the All In Mastermind ("Program"), you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. This Agreement is entered into between you and Rebel Soul ("Company").
Investment
The All In Mastermind is available through one of the following payment options:
By selecting either option and completing checkout, you authorize the Company to process your payment according to the option selected.
Binding Agreement
Your purchase constitutes a legally binding contract.
By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You understand this is a legally enforceable agreement.
You are financially responsible for the full investment you selected.
Payment Plan Commitment
If you choose the monthly payment option:
You agree to complete all twelve (12) monthly payments.
Your payment obligation is for the total program investment, not month-to-month participation.
Early cancellation does not terminate your financial obligation.
You authorize Rebel Soul to charge the payment method on file each month until the balance has been paid in full.
If a payment fails, the Company reserves the right to:
Retry the payment method on file.
Suspend access to the Program, community, coaching calls, Telegram, course materials, bonuses, and future content until the account is brought current.
Require an alternate payment method.
Pursue collection of any unpaid balance, including reasonable collection costs and legal fees where permitted by law.
No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, access to coaching, intellectual property, and community resources:
All sales are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, transfers, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to participate
Personal circumstances
Business circumstances
Financial hardship
Program Access
Upon enrollment, you will receive access to:
Three (3) live coaching calls per month
Call recordings and archives
Your private course portal
Telegram community access
Program resources and materials
Additional bonuses released during your enrollment (if applicable)
Program access remains available only while your account is in good standing.
Attendance
Live participation is encouraged but not required.
If you cannot attend a live session, recordings will be made available inside your cohort's member portal. Missed calls do not entitle you to refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or private coaching.
Community Expectations
To maintain a supportive environment, all members agree to:
Treat fellow members respectfully.
Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
Avoid solicitation or promotion of outside products, services, or offers unless expressly permitted.
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, or violates the integrity of the community. Removal from the Program does not release the Client from their payment obligations.
Intellectual Property
All Program materials—including videos, trainings, worksheets, templates, recordings, frameworks, graphics, written content, and coaching materials—remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rebel Soul.
You may use these materials for your personal business only.
You may not:
Copy
Share
Sell
Reproduce
Record
Redistribute
Teach
License
Upload
Modify
any Program content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.
Confidentiality
The Company agrees to respect the confidentiality of information shared by Clients.
Likewise, Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants within coaching calls, Telegram discussions, and community spaces.
Disclaimer
The All In Mastermind is designed to provide education, mentorship, coaching, and strategic guidance.
The Company does not guarantee:
Your success depends upon many factors, including your own implementation, effort, experience, decisions, and external circumstances.
Technology
The Company is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, software failures, third-party platforms, or technical issues outside of its reasonable control.
Changes to the Program
The Company reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the Program, including coaching schedule, curriculum, guest experts, technology platforms, bonuses, or delivery methods, while maintaining the overall value of the Program.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Rebel Soul conducts its principal business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You understand your financial commitment.
You agree to the No Refund Policy.
You understand this purchase is a legally binding agreement.
You voluntarily enter into this Agreement and agree to comply with all Program policies.
